Tor2door is the only market I’ve seen which allows recovering accounts using PGP key in addition to the mnemonic code.
If you’re new, here’s how to enable 2-FA on Tor2door market.
Do note that you’ll need your “username” in order to recover your account. It’s not possible without that piece of data.
Anyway, here’s how to recover Tor2door account using PGP key
Step 1: Go to the homepage and click on “Forgot your password”.
Step 2: Enter your username and select “Reset using public PGP key” in this case. (You can scroll down if you’d like to learn how to recover using mnemonic codes).
Step 3: On the next page, you’ll see a PGP-signed message. Decrypt this using the PGP key and paste the decrypted message in the box. Next, enter your new password and confirm it a second time > fill in the captcha > click on “reset password”.
Done.
